Sat. to Sat., which is the normal weekly start day.
Take-over time for your cottage is 4 pm on the
day of arrival & we ask you to vacate your cottage
by 10am on the departure day.

Short Breaks
Prices for a 3 night break are
calculated at 70% of the weekly rate during
which the break or the larger part
of the break
is taken. Additional nights will be charged at
1/7th of the weekly price. Please
see table
for
dates when these can
be booked.

PB Peak break bookable within
2 weeks
of the

Small Party Reduction - A reduction,
as shown below,

offered for the price periods indicated where only

people rent
the
Hop Pickers or
Long Barn. (Babies
under
2yrs
do not count
in the party total)

SPX - 10%

reduction applies to full week rentals
only.
Two week Reductions £30 off when booking two
consecutive weeks, any time of year.
