Take-over time for your cottage is 4 pm on the
day of arrival & we ask you to vacate your cottage by 10am on the departure day.

Short Breaks
Prices for a 3 night break are calculated at 70% of the weekly rate during which the break or the larger part  of the break  is taken. Additional nights will be charged at 1/7th of the weekly price. Please see table for dates when these can be booked.
 WB – Winter break – bookable anytime.
OP – Off Peak break – bookable within 1 month
of the  start date.
PB– Peak break – bookable within 2 weeks of the start date.

Short breaks in Welsh Cottage taken on either
Friday to Monday (3 nights) or
Monday to Friday (4 nights) can be booked anytime of year and are calculated at 65% of
weekly rate.
Applies to Welsh Cottage only.

Two week Reduction
 £30 off when booking two consecutive weeks, any time of year.
 
A Small Party Reduction  -
as shown below, is offered  for the price
periods indicated where only 2 people rent the  Hop Pickers or Long Barn.
(Babies under  2yrs do not count in the party total)
SP  -  20%
SPX  -  10%      
This reduction applies to full week rentals only
