Provisional bookings can be made by telephone and held for five days. The
reservation will be confirmed upon
receipt of the completed booking form
together with the deposit. A 25% deposit (non-refundable) is required
with
the balance paid one month before your holiday. If the booking is made
within 5 weeks of your holiday,
the full amount is to be paid at the time of
booking.

Once the booking is confirmed the Hirer is responsible for the total cost of
the holiday. In the event of
cancellation we will endeavour to relet the
property and make a refund of monies paid less the deposit
which is
non-refundable. We would recommend that holiday insurance be taken out.

3. Method of Payment - Cheques to be made payable to 'White House
Cottages' unless the booking has been made at short notice when cash on
arrival may be requested.

The Hirer is responsible for the holiday accommodation and it's equipment
during the period of their stay. The
accommodation, equipment, utensils etc.
should be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in
which
it was found.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your cottage please contact the owner
immediately and every effort will be
made to make right any problem.
Complaints not reported during occupancy cannot be investigated at a later
date.

6.
The property owner or his representative shall be allowed access at any
reasonable time during the holiday
occupancy.

7.
The
number of persons using the accommodation (except for babies in cots where
applicable) shall not
exceed the max. stated unless previously arranged.
Cots are deemed suitable for babies up to 2 years.
The owner reserves the
right to refuse admission to any persons or animals not declared on
the
booking form or agreed to in writing at an earlier date.

8.
The owners will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever to any
property, including
vehicles, belonging to the Hirer or any member of the
party.

9.
All cottages are non smoking. However, smoking is permitted outside the
properties and ashtrays are provided for this purpose.

10.
All dogs and any other pets are to be kept under strict and proper control at all times.
They must not be left alone at any time in or near the accommodation or
allowed on the cottage furniture and beds. They should be walked away from
the grounds for toiletry purposes. On your departure the cottage should be
vacuumed to remove any hairs that may have accumulated.

11. The cottages contents and decoration may
change and therefore may not be exactly as shown or stated in the
brochure or on the web site.

12. Information you provide will be held
and may be used to inform you of future offers and to send out up
to date brochures. If you would prefer not to receive approaches in the future
please confirm in writing. |
